In accordance with ISO 9001, EN 15088 and IATF certification requirements and procedures, quality control processes are aligned with the production process and customer specifications.
The patterns we use for Ascona control and manual control are the fastest way to detect problems with profiles. The Ascona device is located directly at the production site, which allows us to quickly check and detect compliance.
The Ascona device is an optical measuring system that enables precise dimensional control and provides accurate results for every measurement. In addition, with the help of Ascona, we can perform reverse engineering of profiles, which allows us to understand and reproduce complex profiles.
We use various tools and devices to control product quality, including a caliper, hardness tester, protractor, elongation tester, paint thickness gauge, gloss meter, and roughness meter to ensure maximum quality of each product.
Combined with the EMS system for managing the production process, we have complete product quality monitoring.
Our quality control procedures and standards include press control (visual), tensioner control (visual, Ascona, geometry), post-saw control (geometry, hardness), paint quality according to the Qualicoat standard in the paint shop, and IATF certification on CNC machining.
