The latest production line for the extrusion of aluminum profiles represents the pinnacle of automation and technological excellence. Our factory is fully automated and equipped with state-of-the-art equipment that enables high precision and efficiency in the extrusion process.
Our equipment includes two presses from Presezzi, 1800/2000 tons and 2500 tons, a table for receiving profiles from Omav and a packaging line from Pezzorna. As support, we use the latest version of the Extrusion Management System production management software from Uno Informatica and the Contur Projector measurement system (by Ascon), which enables the issuance of certificates to confirm the dimensional control of pressed profiles.
In the production process, we use only primary aluminum alloys, and our cooling and aging system enables the application of heat treatments up to T6. Precise monitoring of the process guarantees the creation of products fully compliant with European standards.
On a 25 MN press, we can extrude flat profiles with maximum dimensions of 300 mm x 13 mm, square profiles with maximum dimensions of 150 mm x 150 mm, rectangular profiles with maximum dimensions of 250 mm x 100 mm and round tubes with a maximum diameter of ∅200 mm. On the 18 MN press, we can produce the same types of profiles with slightly smaller dimensions.
The length of the profile that can be produced on both machines is a maximum of 8000 mm. The minimum weight of the profile that we can extrude on the 18 MN press is 150 g/m on six outlets, while on the 25 MN press the minimum weight is 300 g/m on six outlets. The maximum weight of the profile that can be produced is 11 kg/m if the bar is longer than 6 m. The minimum wall thickness we can achieve is 1 mm on the 18 MN press and 1.5 mm on the 25 MN press.
Our equipment for cutting profiles allows to cut profiles with a minimum length of 2000 mm on a cold saw, while the maximum cutting length is 8000 mm. We can also perform surface treatment of profiles up to a length of 7000 mm.
We produce all surface and dimensional tolerances in accordance with European standards EN 755 and EN 12020, as well as according to the specific requirements of our customers.
By using the most modern technologies and equipment and by carefully monitoring the extrusion process, we guarantee high product quality and delivery accuracy. Our production is subject to strict quality controls and technical specifications to ensure that each profile meets the highest standards.
We take packaging challenges very seriously and can meet even the most demanding requirements of our customers. When faced with complaints, we use 8D reports and a team of experts to understand the cause of the problem and prevent it in the future. Our quick detection of problems, joint resolution, and cooperation with departments responsible for quality, enable us to effectively reduce the number of complaints.
We work in accordance with EN 755 and EN 12020 standards, and we also adjust tolerances according to the specific requirements of our clients. In terms of alloys, we will focus on the 6000 and 1000 series for the next year, with the majority of production using 6060 alloy.
