Machine processing
We give our products the final touch by mechanical processing. The selection of mechanical processing elements depends on the end use and specifications of the final product. It can be a process or a complex system that offers more precise specifications, prototyping or production in larger quantities.
Our services include cutting, milling, drilling, punching and other CNC machining capabilities. In addition, we offer welding, soldering, threading, screwing, bending, splicing and more.
We have machines with three and four axes. On the machine with three axes, we can process profiles with maximum dimensions of 1100 x 560 x 510 mm. On a machine with four axes, we can process profiles with a length of 7700 mm, a width of 270 mm and a height of 250 mm (at an angle, the width is 180 mm).
Our equipment includes:
Emmegi Precision TS2: Double-headed saw with automatic movement of the mobile head and cutting at an angle (45° internal and 15° external angle). Knife diameter 550 mm, cutting speed 25 m/min.
Emmegi Automatica ER650: Single-head saw with automatic 90° cutting cycle. 650 mm diameter blade with the option of smaller blades to reduce cutting time. Container for automatic profile filling, cutting tolerance ±0.1 mm.
Emmegi Phantomatic X6: CNC machine with 4 axes for processing aluminum profiles with maximum dimensions of 7700 x 270 x 420 mm (length x width x height). The maximum power of the spindle is 7 kW with a speed of 16500 rpm.
DMG Mori CMX 1100V: CNC machine with 3 axes for processing aluminum, steel and plastic profiles. Equipped with a Siemens control unit, with maximum X-axis travel of 1100 mm, Y-axis 560 mm and Z-axis 510 mm, and a maximum profile length of 1400 mm, width 560 mm and height 630 mm. Maximum profile weight 1000 kg.
Datron Neo: CNC machine with 3 axes and the option of installing a fourth axis for processing aluminum profiles. Maximum strokes X axis 520 mm, Y axis 420 mm, Z axis 220 mm, with a working area of 500 x 400 mm and a maximum number of revolutions of 40000 rpm.
