Advantage for outdoor applications
Aluminum has a natural resistance to corrosion, i.e. the ability to form a protective oxide layer on the surface that protects the metal from corrosion. This makes it suitable for outdoor applications, especially in conditions of high humidity.
Handling and transport
The specific density of aluminum is low, which makes it an easy material to handle and assemble the system. Lighter weight also reduces transport and installation costs.
Quality control and support
The entire production process of the EK13000 takes place in Emerus, which ensures excellent quality control and support during implementation, as well as easier communication and coordination between the system manufacturer and the end user.
Cost savings and accelerated assembly
Emerus EK13000 is suitable for installation on all types of flat roofs. All the pieces are pre-assembled in the Emerus factory, which makes assembly on the ground as easy as possible. The advantage of the system is that it is fixed with concrete ballasts, so it is not necessary to drill the roof.
Sustainability and environmental protection
The system can be easily disassembled and recycled. This characteristic has significant advantages in terms of sustainability and environmental protection.
