Machining
We give our products the final touch by mechanical processing. The selection of mechanical processing elements depends on the end use and specifications of the final product. It can be a process or a complex system that offers more precise specifications, prototyping or production in larger quantities.
Our services include cutting, milling, drilling, punching and other CNC machining capabilities. Additionally, we offer welding, soldering, threading, screwing, bending, joining and more.
We have three- and four-axis machines. On a three-axis machine we can process profiles with maximum dimensions of 1100 x 560 x 510 mm. On a four-axis machine we can process profiles with a length of 7700 mm, a width of 270 mm and a height of 250 mm (at an angle, the width is 180 mm).
Our equipment includes:
Emmegi Precision TS2: Double-head saw with automatic movement of the mobile head and bevel cutting (45° internal and 15° external angle). Blade diameter 550 mm, cutting speed 25 m/min.
Emmegi Automatica ER650: Single-head saw with automatic 90° cutting cycle. 650 mm diameter blade with option of smaller blades to reduce cutting time. Automatic profile loading magazine, cutting tolerances ±0.1 mm.
Emmegi Phantomatic X6: 4-axis CNC machine for machining aluminum profiles with maximum dimensions of 7700 x 270 x 420 mm (length x width x height). Maximum spindle power is 7 kW with a speed of 16500 rpm.
DMG Mori CMX 1100V: 3-axis CNC machine for machining aluminum, steel and plastic profiles. Equipped with a Siemens control unit, with maximum X-axis travel of 1100 mm, Y-axis 560 mm and Z-axis 510 mm, and maximum profile length of 1400 mm, width 560 mm and height 630 mm. Maximum profile weight 1000 kg.
Datron Neo: CNC machine with 3 axes and the option of installing a fourth axis for processing aluminum profiles. Maximum X-axis travel 520 mm, Y-axis 420 mm, Z-axis 220 mm, with a working area of 500 x 400 mm and a maximum speed of 40,000 rpm.
