Our manufacturing process includes precision aluminum extrusion, machining, anodizing, powder coating, thermal break, automated or customized packaging, and transportation.
Rushing
On our two production lines for the extrusion of aluminum profiles, we use top equipment for high precision and efficiency. Production takes place with the use of exclusively primary aluminum alloys and continuous assurance of delivery accuracy and high product quality. All this guarantees excellence in technology and product quality.
Surface Treatment
Horizontal powder coating and anodizing are top-notch techniques for protecting and aesthetically enhancing aluminum profiles, providing them with durability and aesthetic appeal. Our company offers these services for profiles up to 8000 mm long, with a wide range of colors and additional services such as surface brushing and wood imitation through sublimation. We guarantee the quality of our products through the QUALICOAT Seaside certificate, ensuring durability, functionality and aesthetic elegance.
Machining
Our machining provides the final finishing touch to our products, adapting to the specific end use and final specifications. Our range of services includes cutting, milling, drilling, CNC machining and various joining techniques such as welding and soldering. We have three and four axis machines, which allow us to process large-sized profiles to high quality standards.
Thermal Bridge
Our thermal bridge technique uses polyamide strips of various dimensions to break the heat transfer through aluminum profiles, withstanding high temperatures and providing excellent resistance to aging. These strips insulate more than 500 times better than aluminum, resulting in significantly lower Uf-values for profiles with a thermal break.
Tool Correction
Our extrusion tool suppliers ensure high profile quality through extrusion simulations and careful tool preparation. We use high-quality aluminum tailored to customer specifications, and we recycle production waste to reduce our environmental impact. Cooperation with experienced experts from Italy allows us to exchange knowledge and experience, including the creation of simulations for the most demanding profiles.
Quality Control
Our quality control procedures, compliant with ISO 9001, EN 15088 and IATF certificates, are integrated into the production process and customer specifications. Using Ascona precision measuring devices, we ensure rapid problem detection and profile compliance verification. With various tools such as calipers and hardness testers, we ensure maximum quality of each product.
