Emerus has developed its own construction systems of aluminum windows and doors for various needs and purposes. Aluminum as a material is known for its strength, lightness and resistance to corrosion, which makes aluminum windows and doors long-lasting and suitable for various weather conditions.
Aluminum doors and windows offer an elegant design that easily adapts to different architectural styles. At the same time, their functionality provides a high level of security, sound insulation and weather resistance.
Thermal break systems prevent direct heat conduction between the inside and outside of the profile. This results in reduced heat loss through the glass and frame, thereby improving the energy efficiency of the space.

E50tt
E50tt is a window and door system with a thermal break. The basic frame installation depth is 50 mm. The thermal break is achieved with glass fiber reinforced polyamides, 14.8 mm wide.
Sealing is done with EPDM seals.
Possible window opening types: tilt, turn, tilt-turn. Possible door opening types: inward and outward opening.
Frame depth: 50 mm
Sash depth: 58 mm
Overlap measurement: 8 mm
Filling width: 6-37 mm
Polyamides: 14.8 mm

PR65tt
PR65tt is a window and door system with a thermal break. Intended for the production of windows, doors and fixed walls. The basic installation depth of the frame is 65 mm. The thermal break is achieved with glass fiber reinforced polyamides, 24.5 mm wide.
In addition to the basic installation of wings with straight lines, versions of wings with rounded outer lines are also possible.
Sealing is performed with EPDM standard and co-extruded seals.
XPS filling can be installed in the profile chambers between the polyamide strips for better thermal and acoustic characteristics of the profile.
Possible types of window opening: hinged, hinged, hinged and hinged. Possible door opening types: inward and outward opening. The system is compatible with facade systems E50K/E50S.

PE85tt
PE85tt is a window and door system with a thermal break. Intended for the production of windows, doors and fixed walls. The basic installation depth of the frame is 77 mm and 85 mm. The thermal break is achieved with glass fiber reinforced polyamides, 31.6 mm wide.
The sealing is performed with co-extruded EPDM seals, which have significantly better thermal properties compared to standard EPDM seals.
XPS filling can be installed in the profile chambers between the polyamide strips for better thermal and acoustic characteristics of the profile.
Possible types of window opening: hinged, hinged, hinged and hinged. Possible door opening types: inward and outward opening. The system is compatible with facade systems E50K/E50S.
Possibility of choosing a profile with a 16/13 groove.
