QA manager – 1 employee
We are looking for an experienced QA Manager to manage the quality assurance system and conduct audits within the organization. The person in this position will be responsible for implementing and improving quality processes and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Key responsibilities:
- Management and coordination of all quality assurance (QA) activities within the company.
- Conducting internal and external audits of quality processes.
- Developing and implementing quality processes, policies and procedures according to company needs and industry guidelines.
- Analysis of existing work processes and the proposal and implementation of improvements with the aim of optimizing and reducing deviations in production and services.
- Organization and implementation of trainings for employees regarding best practices in quality and standards.
- Monitoring and reporting on KPIs for quality and effectiveness of the quality management system.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as manufacturing, product development, and purchasing, to ensure high quality throughout the entire product cycle.
- Participation in preparation for certifications and management of all necessary documents.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in quality management
- VSS in a technical or engineering field
- Knowledge of English – minimum level B
- Excellent analytical skills
- Knowledge of industry standards preferred
- Experience in auditing (ISO 9001, etc.) and implementation of quality processes.
- Knowledge of quality management tools and methodologies (6 Sigma, Lean, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills and team leadership ability
