Job description

We are looking for a motivated and dedicated assistant ready to learn and develop professionally in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about finance and accounting, possesses strong analytical skills and wants to actively contribute to the success of a growing company. It is desirable that he/she has well-developed communication skills due to daily cooperation with customers, suppliers and colleagues from other departments, a tendency to work in a team and a responsible approach to tasks.

He is characterized by accuracy and conscientiousness in his work, as well as good knowledge of Excel and Word and a basic understanding of business processes. Experience in similar jobs is considered an advantage, but is not a requirement, as education and support in acquiring the necessary knowledge and skills are provided.

Responsibilities:

  • Creation and monitoring of reports on open customer items and communication with sales agents.
  • Cooperation and reporting of debt collection agencies.
  • Managing payments and supplier invoices and tracking accounts payable and receivable.
  • Help in budget planning and cash flow management for business activities.
  • Assistance in creating receipts, outgoing invoices and purchase orders in collaboration with the accounting and sales departments.

Requirements and qualifications

  • University degree in finance, accounting or economics.
  • Knowledge of English (minimum level B).
  • Good knowledge of Excel and Word.
  • Basic understanding of business processes.
  • Experience in accounting and with accounting software is desirable (not a requirement).
  • Demonstrated precision, accuracy and communication skills.
  • A penchant for teamwork and a responsible approach to tasks.
