Powder coating
Horizontal powder coating is the most popular, durable, and economical method for protecting and aesthetically enhancing aluminum extrusion products. This method not only extends the surface durability and functionality but also provides an aesthetically appealing appearance.

Anodization
Anodization successfully combines science with nature o create one of the highest quality finishes for metal that preserves the environment at the same time. The resulting surface treatment, depending on the process, is one of the hardest materials known to man. The anodized layer is part of the metal, but has a porous structure that enables secondary infusions (organic and inorganic colors, etc.).
Our offer includes anodized profiles up to 8000 mm long. The colors we offer include natural tones, bronze shades, golden tones and black. (C-0, C-31, C-32, C-33, C-34, C-35, C-1, C-2, C-3) The thickness of the anodized layer can reach a maximum of 25 µm.

Sublimation
In addition to the mentioned procedures, we also offer the service of brushing the surfaces of aluminum profiles and the effect of wood imitation through the sublimation process. With sublimation, we achieve almost unlimited possibilities for decorating the surface of the profile. Combining electrostatic powder coating and sublimation enables the creation of high-quality aluminum profiles for the construction industry with an additional aesthetic contribution.
Protection and Visual Effect
The first phase, electrostatic powder coating, ensures a protective layer on the surface of the profile. This layer not only protects against corrosion and damage but also creates a surface ideal for paint adhesion. Subsequently, sublimation adds an aesthetic aspect, giving the profile a sophisticated look with a wood grain finish.
