We develop custom profiles in close collaboration with our clients from the very beginning of the project, and when needed, we take over the complete design from concept to production-ready drawings. We define what the profile must achieve and how to execute it with precision, reliability, and efficiency.

As part of the project, we conduct functional checks focusing on ease of installation, along with the creation of drafts and the possibility of design corrections and optimization. We ensure surface treatment, dimensional control with sample testing reports and material certificates, as well as clearly defined packaging rules. If necessary, we provide storage for finished products.

From die shop to high-quality aluminum profiles
Aluminum profiles require the highest level of precision, starting in the die shop. Therefore, quality, precision, and experience are key parameters. Each die is carefully stored and maintained to ensure precision during the extrusion process. Our die warehouse contains over 10,000 dies.

The Aluminum extrusion process to solutions
Our factory is completely automated and equipped with top-tier equipment that enables high precision and efficiency in the extrusion process. Engineering preparation and precise tool manufacturing ensure stable batches, consistent geometry, and a surface ready for anodization or powder coating, in customized designs according to your specifications.
Our 18 MN press enables precise extrusion of smaller aluminum profiles, making it ideal for projects that require profiles with slightly smaller dimensions:
- Maximum flat profile dimensions: 220 mm × 11 mm
- Maximum square profile dimensions: 116 mm × 116 mm
- Maximum rectangular profile dimensions: 180 mm × 70 mm
- Maximum round tube diameter: Ø 160 mm
- Maximum profile length: 8,000 mm
- Maximum profile weight: 150 g/m
Our 25 MN press enables the extrusion of large and diverse aluminum profiles:
- Maximum flat profile dimensions: 300 mm × 11 mm
- Maximum square profile dimensions: 150 mm × 150 mm
- Maximum rectangular profile dimensions: 250 mm × 100 mm
- Maximum round tube diameter: Ø 200 mm
- Maximum profile length: 8,000 mm
- Maximum profile weight: 300 g/m
