Delivery tailored to your needs

We offer automated and customized packaging according to specific needs, using a wide range of packaging materials: paper, nylon, wooden crates, wooden pallets, etc.

We organize and manage material handling and transport for worldwide deliveries internally, using our own fleet and the services of other carriers.

Storage options are also available, with all directives (profile type, period, and quantity) being contractually defined.

Options for packaging aluminum profiles

Standard packaging

Two Bindings: For profiles ranging in length from 1.5 to 4.5 meters. Secured with plastic strapping, cardboard or wooden panels on the sides, and four cardboard corners. Maximum weight: 1000 kg.
Three Bindings: For profiles ranging in length from 4.5 to 6.8 meters. Secured with plastic strapping, cardboard or wooden panels on the sides, and four cardboard corners.
Four Bindings: For profiles ranging in length from 6.8 to 8 meters. Secured with plastic strapping, cardboard or wooden panels on the sides.

Pallet Dimensions: Width 800 mm, length 1200 mm.
Maximum profile length on the pallet: 1500 mm (1.5 m).
Maximum height with profiles: 1200 mm.
Maximum profile weight: 1000 kg.
Profile securing: Profiles are tied with plastic strapping.

Discover all kinds of packaging protection

Various packaging methods are used to protect the profiles, including cardboard strips, wooden slats, paper, interlayer papers, and paper with nylon.

Completed packages can be wrapped in paper or stretch film for additional protection against external damage (e.g., during transport or outdoor storage). Packages are secured with two or more straps.

Cardboard or boards (depending on customer needs or preferences) are placed on the sides of the packages for additional protection. Four cardboard corners are added to the ends of the profiles. Packages are secured with plastic straps.
