Windows
and doors

Aluminum as a material is known for its strength, lightness, and corrosion resistance, which makes aluminum windows and doors durable and suitable for various weather conditions.

Design, safety, and efficiency

Emerus has developed its own construction systems for aluminum windows and doors for various needs and purposes. Aluminum as a material is known for its strength, lightness, and resistance to corrosion, which makes aluminum windows and doors long-lasting and suitable for various weather conditions.

Aluminum doors and windows offer an elegant design that is easily adapted to various architectural styles. At the same time, their functionality allows for a high level of security, sound insulation, and resistance to harsh weather.

Systems with a broken thermal bridge prevent direct heat conduction between the inner and outer side of the profile. This results in reduced heat loss through the glass and frame, thereby improving the energy efficiency of the space.

Production solutions

PE85tt

PE85tt is a system for windows and doors with a thermal break, intended for the manufacture of windows, doors, and fixed glazed walls. The basic installation depth of the frame is 77 mm or 85 mm. The thermal break is achieved using glass-fiber-reinforced polyamides with a width of 31.6 mm.

Sealing is provided by co-extruded EPDM gaskets, which offer significantly better thermal performance compared to standard EPDM gaskets.

XPS infill can be installed in the profile chambers between the polyamide strips to improve the thermal and acoustic performance of the profiles.

Option available for selecting profiles with a 16/13 groove.

Frame depth: 77 mm

Sash depth: 85 mm

Overlap dimension: 8 mm

Infill thickness: 30–63 mm

Polyamides: 31.6 mm

PR65tt

PR65tt is a system for windows and doors with a thermal break, intended for the manufacture of windows, doors, and fixed glazed walls. The basic installation depth of the frame is 65 mm. The thermal break is achieved using glass-fiber-reinforced polyamides with a width of 24.5 mm.

In addition to the standard installation with straight-line sashes, versions with rounded external sash lines are also available.

Sealing is provided by standard and co-extruded EPDM gaskets.

E50 is a system for windows and doors without a thermal break, intended for the manufacture of windows, doors, and fixed glazed walls. The basic installation depth of the frame is 50 mm, and an additional advantage of the system is the possibility of installing a wrap-around frame on walls with different thicknesses, ranging from 100 mm to 250 mm.

Sealing is provided by EPDM gaskets.

Frame depth: 50 mm

Sash depth: 58 mm

Overlap dimension: 8 mm

Infill thickness: 6–35 mm
