Production solutions
E90tt
The E90tt system is designed with a thermal break and a basic profile depth of 90 mm. The system is used for the manufacture of entrance doors with single-sided or double-sided concealed sashes for inward opening. The thermal break is achieved by polyamide strips with a width of 34 mm for both the frame and the sash.
A specially designed polyamide element in the sash reduces door deformation caused by thermal expansion or contraction of the panels. The new insulation profiles consist of two interlocking parts which, in the event of different linear expansion between aluminum components, move relative to each other.
Sealing between the frame and the sash is provided by external and central EPDM gaskets, as well as three extruded TPV gaskets on the interior side for double-sided concealed sashes.
