Job description
We are looking for a motivated and dedicated assistant ready to learn and develop professionally in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about finance and accounting, has strong analytical skills and wants to actively contribute to the success of a growing company. It is desirable that he has well-developed communication skills due to daily cooperation with customers, suppliers and colleagues from other departments, a tendency for teamwork and a responsible approach to tasks.
He is characterized by accuracy and conscientiousness in his work, as well as a good working knowledge of Excel and Word and a basic understanding of business processes. Experience in similar jobs is considered an advantage, but it is not a requirement, because education and support in acquiring the necessary knowledge and skills are provided.
Responsibilities:
- Creation and monitoring of reports on open customer items and communication with sales agents.
- Cooperation and reporting of debt collection insurance agencies.
- Management of supplier payments and invoices and monitoring of payables and receivables.
- Help in budget planning and cash flow management for business activities.
- Assistance in creating receipts, invoices and purchase orders in cooperation with the accounting and sales departments.
Conditions and qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or economics.
- Knowledge of the English language (minimum level B).
- Good knowledge of Excel and Word.
- Basic understanding of business processes.
- Experience working in accounting and with accounting software is desirable (not a requirement).
- Demonstrated precision, accuracy and communication skills.
- Propensity for teamwork and a responsible approach to tasks.
